Jordan Kane

Jordan is a Senior Associate on our Human Capital Team, specializing in Talent Acquisition and supporting the firm’s efforts to attract, hire, and onboard top talent. She brings experience in recruiting, human resources, and workforce development.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jordan worked within fund administration, leading recruiting efforts across Ireland, Guernsey, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Most recently, she served as Associate Manager, People & Culture, partnering with business leaders on recruiting strategy, employee engagement, and talent initiatives. In her earlier career, Jordan worked in agency recruitment, managing direct-hire and contract searches across a variety of industries and professional levels.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys traveling with her husband and pup, gardening, and exploring local thrift and antique shops.
