Biography

Emily serves as the Chief Planning Officer at Cerity Partners, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of planning professionals committed to delivering strategic advice and guidance to high and ultra-high net worth families, as well as family offices.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Emily was Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Planning for Wells Fargo Bank. Emily began her career as an attorney specializing in tax, trusts and estates.

Emily is recognized as a thought leader in investment and wealth planning, frequently sharing her insights at industry conferences and in leading media outlets.  Her national television appearances include Good Morning America, The Today Show, ABC News One, CBS News Streaming, NBC News NOW, and Yahoo! Finance LIVE, alongside Cheddar News and major regional affiliates.
