Christie Ballenger

Christie Ballenger is the Director of Digital Workplace leading the firm’s newly formed Digital Workplace team within the Technology organization. She owns the strategic roadmap and enablement for the firm’s enterprise collaboration stack and leads some of the firm’s largest platform initiatives; including a firmwide file storage modernization effort and the rollout of enterprise AI tools. Her team turns strategy into execution. They drive training, enablement, and adoption of AI-forward applications, integrations, and automations across client-facing practices, corporate services, and leadership teams firmwide.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Christie spent a decades-long career in technology roles in higher education, followed by a role as IT Support Manager at ARGI Financial Group. She brings that same passion for learning and continuous improvement to her work today.

Outside of work, Christie enjoys biking, kayaking and reading on the beach with her partner.
