Neetha Azeez

Neetha is an Associate based in the New York Office. She is responsible for HR reporting at Cerity Partners. Certified in People Analytics, Neetha works on HR data and transforms them into insights. Her HR experience spans across manufacturing, non-profit and IT firms.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Neetha worked as HR consultant at Hytorc Industrial Bolting Solutions. She started her career as an Associate Software Engineer with Accenture. Following her passion to learn about people in organizational settings, she pursued her PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. In her doctoral dissertation, Neetha looked at understanding the contemporary workplace romance motives and identified the factors influencing them and their consequences. Her research has been presented at various International Conferences including the Academy of Management Annual Meetings.
