Dustin Ribergaard

Dustin is a Principal based in the San Francisco office. As a Client Experience Director, he is a liaison between prospective clients and the firm’s financial advisors. As the initial contact for all introductory client relationships, he engages with a two-fold objective of understanding the prospective clients unique financial story, and matching them with the advisor expertly fitted for their particular situation. His role centers on truly understanding each client’s needs and aims, crafting advisory relationships that are both personalized and enduring.

Dustin came to Cerity Partners driven by a passion for helping others and a keen interest in wealth management. His journey has given him a deep respect for the trust clients place in their advisors. He is committed to making a meaningful difference in clients’ financial lives, guiding them with empathy, expertise, and a focus on their long-term success. At Cerity Partners, Dustin ensures that every prospective client match is thoughtfully made, aiming always to exceed their expectations. Currently, he is further enhancing his expertise by pursuing courses at UC Berkeley and will complete his CFP designation.
