Regina Lahsin

Regina Lahsin serves as Director of Practice Marketing at Cerity Partners where she leads strategic marketing initiatives across more than 80 advisory practices and plays a key role in driving firmwide growth, brand positioning, and client alignment.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Regina held senior marketing and business development leadership roles at KPMG, Sidley Austin, and HighTower Advisors, where she partnered with senior leaders to define value propositions, refine market positioning and execute growth strategies in highly competitive professional services and financial advisory environments.

Throughout her career, Regina has been deeply committed to mentorship, professional development, and inclusion. She has served on industry committees and internal task forces focused on talent development, broadening participation and equipping younger professionals with strategic marketing and business development skills.
