Carmen Tu

Carmen is a Senior Associate in the Boston office and is a member of the Client and Corporate Services team. She is responsible for onboarding new clients, managing workflows, and setting up new accounts in CRM and Reporting systems. She also assists with fee and billing processes, firm-wide internal audits, and new staff training.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Carmen was a Senior Operations Associate at Daintree Advisors, which she joined in May 2015. She was responsible for providing back-office support and operational efficiency to the Operations and Client Service teams. Prior to joining Daintree, she worked at The Langham Hotel in Boston in the Accounting and Finance department, where she performed accounting and record keeping activities and processed payroll.

Carmen enjoys traveling, floral arrangements, photography, learning languages, and singing praise songs.
