Maddie Chestang

Maddie is the Business Development Officer for the Raleigh office. Her role is dedicated to identifying avenues of organic growth, strategizing on local marketing endeavors, pipeline management, and lead generation. She works closely with the wealth management and tax team to help drive growth initiatives.

Maddie started her career on the administrative side of a large orthopedic clinic, where she wore many hats – from HR and executive support to community engagement to stepping in wherever the clinic needed her most.

In Maddie’s spare time, she enjoys playing and writing music (singing, guitar, piano), getting outside whenever she can, and spending time with her husband Mason and their cat Chip.
