Viviana’s ultimate goal remains constant in any industry or position – to make a positive impact in people’s lives, starting with a small act of kindness that ripples out like water.

With a passion for client satisfaction, Viviana takes on various tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the business. Viviana is responsible for preparing and updating IA and IPS agreements for clients, advisors, and custodians and coordinating client meetings, including materials, agendas, and post-meeting action items. Viviana works with the team to maintain regular client contact and balance workload across multiple clients to enhance the financial well-being of clients workforce. She takes great pride in her ability to understand the unique challenges faced by each client gaining knowledge and passion for retirement readiness.

As an empathetic, driven and adaptable professional, Viviana has gained extensive experience in the client success and relationship management space, particularly within the healthcare industries transitioning into the finance realm. Viviana’s journey began as a Certified Nurse Assistant caring for those with various forms of dementia throughout her undergrad studies. After graduating, wanting to still create a positive impact in lives on a broader scale, she continued on in healthcare in a different way as a Client Success Associate for a healthcare logistics startup, where she developed a passion for understanding client needs, building relationships, and exceeding expectations. This led her to transition into a similar role within the FinTech space, where she studied for her Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and Series 7.
