Biography

Adam is a Senior Principal in the New York office. In this role, he counsels clients and advisors on complex issues involving tax, trusts and estates, asset protection, charitable planning, business and family governance, and overall wealth transfer and preservation.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Adam served as the Director of Wealth Planning at AJ Wealth, a New York-based registered investment advisor specializing in providing family office services. Before joining AJ Wealth in 2022, he practiced law as a tax attorney focusing on trusts and estates, designing and implementing cutting-edge strategies to mitigate tax liability and effectuate the generational transfer of wealth. Known in the legal and wealth management communities for his experience and expertise, Adam is a sought-after speaker in these areas and has authored numerous articles on various tax and estate planning topics.
