Richie Phares, CAIA

Richie is a Principal in the Louisville office. He is responsible for sourcing and performing due diligence on alternative investment opportunities. Richie also educates advisors and clients on how to place alternative investments into client portfolios.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Richie served as an Alternative Investment Manager at ARGI Financial Group. He began his career in financial services as an Analyst with Ironclad Capital, a private equity search fund. Following Ironclad, Richie joined Pallas Partners, a management consulting and mergers and acquisitions advisory firm headquartered in Louisville.

In his spare time, Richie enjoys playing golf, hiking, skiing, and spending time with family.
