Leslie Tudor

Leslie is an Associate in the Louisville office. In this role, she shares contractual knowledge with current and future Independent Pilots Association (IPA) clients to assist them in making the best choices for their individual situations.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Leslie served as a Corporate Relations Specialist with ARGI Financial Group. Before joining the ARGI/IPA team in 2022, she spent 25 years as a Human Resources Director for the IPA, which is the United Parcel Service pilots’ union. She focused on educating crew members on contractual benefits, retirement planning options, and leave of absence solutions. Leslie was also responsible for the voluntary benefit administration and was a member of the IPA contract negotiations team for three union contracts.

Leslie has been married to her wonderful husband, Kirk, for 35 years and has two sweet daughters, Nina and Claire. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, entertaining, home improvement projects, and playing with her “pandemic puppy” Addie.
