Kim Graven

Kim is a Senior Associate in the Louisville office, where she serves as the office’s client ambassador. In this role, she ensures that clients are warmly welcomed and have a positive, engaging experience when visiting the office. She also plans client events and employee activities and helps roll out new company initiatives.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kim served as a Concierge Manager for ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, Kim spent time working at Colonial Designs, a home furnishings store, and ran her own interior design business, Kimberly Ann Interiors. Previously, she conducted research on a grant program in the University of Louisville’s College of Education. Prior to her research position, Kim served as a Manager and Assistant Manager of Talbots in South Bend, Indiana, and Louisville, Kentucky.
