Shelby Babcock

Shelby is a Principal in the Louisville office, where she collaborates with executive team members to prioritize business strategies and provide oversight for special projects and initiatives from ideation to implementation. She also leads the office’s internal communications efforts, working to make sure there is an effective flow of information between the leadership team and colleagues.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Shelby served as the Chief of Staff for ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, she worked at Duck Commander/Buck Commander, a hunting and outdoor recreation company. During her tenure, she had several roles, including Talent Manager, Licensing Coordinator, and Event Manager.
