Jessica Carbajal

Jessica is a Senior Associate on our Human Capital Team.  She is responsible for talent acquisition coordination and onboarding. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Financial Services.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jessica worked at JPMorgan Chase for 12 years where she held several roles throughout her career.  She started as a Recruiting Coordinator where she supported up to 8 recruiters across the US. She then moved into a Business Management Specialist role where she developed an on/offboarding process to improve efficiencies when onboarding new hires. She worked with cross functional teams including IT, training, security, and management to implement system access efficiencies.  The latter part of her employment at Chase she worked as a Talent Lead where she was responsible for the hiring of a newly developed bilingual specialist call center team for the Retail Fraud Claims and Inventory Management Team in Lewisville, TX.  She finished her time at JPMorgan Chase as a Business Process Analyst where she supported the Infrastructure Services team with Change Management, scorecard, procedure creation, implementation, and process improvements for the team.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys watching her son play baseball and seeing her daughter perform ballet on stage.  She enjoys singing and traveling with her family.
