Biography

Vince is a Principal in the Louisville office. He works with businesses and individual owners on comprehensive tax planning, entity structuring, and tax return compliance.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Vince was a Tax & Business Advisor for ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, he practiced tax law at a boutique firm in Mississippi, focusing primarily on tax controversy and litigation. Previously, Vince worked for KPMG in both the audit and tax departments as well as for a regional CPA firm as a Senior Tax Advisor.

  • B.A. in Business Administration from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi
  • Master of Accountancy from Millsaps College
  • J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law
