Biography

Felicia is a Senior Associate in the Bowling Green office. She works to help service clients by preparing paperwork and helping with any needs that arise.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Felicia served as Regional Client Experience Manager at ARGI Financial Group, where she first joined as a Receptionist in 2017. Before ARGI, she spent a year as a Receptionist for RE/MAX real estate company assisting with marketing materials. Previously, Felicia spent two years at Continental Health Alliance as a Director of Contracting and Commissions.

Felicia enjoys spending time with her little boy Nolan and her husband Matt. She also loves to craft with her Cricut, play video games, shop, and engage with all things glitter.

Education

  • B.A. in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Western Kentucky University
