Biography

Dawson is an Associate in the Louisville office, where he supports trading and investment-related activities. In this role, he assists with portfolio trading and rebalancing of the firm’s stock and ETF models. Additionally, Dawson participates in the implementation and trading of fixed-income securities such as Treasuries, corporate bonds, and municipal bonds for client portfolios.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Dawson served as a Trading and Investment Associate at ARGI Financial Group. Before ARGI, he was an Intern in the Financial Reporting Department at Papa Johns pizza chain.

In his free time, Dawson enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.

Education

  • B.S. in Finance from the University of Louisville

  • Currently studying for the CFA Level 1 exam
