Anthony DeTurris

Anthony is a Senior Principal and a member of the Workplace Solutions practice. He has over a decade of progressive leadership experience in sales strategy, institutional consulting, and corporate financial wellness.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Anthony led Core Market Retirement Plan Sales as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where Anthony played a key role in shaping and executing sales strategies across institutional and participant-focused solutions, driving measurable growth in client acquisition and engagement. His collaborative leadership and consultative approach have consistently delivered results across diverse client segments, particularly within Fortune 500 and mid-market corporate environments.

Before moving into Institutional Consulting at Morgan Stanley, Anthony was a founding member of Morgan Stanley’s Financial Wellness Program, where he was instrumental in launching and integrating the offering into the broader “Morgan Stanley at Work” ecosystem. He led cross-functional teams to develop training programs, drive field engagement, and refine product offerings based on real-time client insights—earning recognition for exceeding growth and adoption targets. His success is rooted in his ability to align financial services solutions with the strategic goals of clients, enhancing outcomes for both plan sponsors and participants.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Anthony held leadership roles at UBS and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he drove the expansion of financial wellness programs and advised institutional clients on employee engagement strategies. His work consistently bridged the gap between complex financial products and tangible client outcomes, guided by a clear focus on relationship-building, data-informed decision-making, and scalable implementation.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Quinnipiac University and has pursued international studies in France and Germany. In prior roles, he held FINRA Series 7, 6, 63, 66, and 24 registrations, along with licenses in life and health insurance.

Currently, Anthony lives in Stony Brook, New York with his wife, three children, and their spirited French Bulldog, Darla.
