Adam Cohen, CAIA

Adam is a Senior Principal in the Denver office where he oversees the Cerity Partners Operational Due Diligence Program. His duties include performing operational due diligence on the underlying investment managers for Cerity Partners OCIO and managing the program.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Adam gained extensive experience as a Managing Director and the Head of Operational Due Diligence at Agility. Prior to Agility, Adam was an Executive Director in the Alternative Investments Group at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, where he served as Head of Operational Due Diligence. Before this, he held the same position at Citi Global Wealth Management. In both roles, Adam was responsible for conducting operational due diligence on a broad range of alternative investments globally and managing a team of analysts.

With more than 20 years of experience in the investment management industry, Adam has also served as a controller and a senior financial officer.
