Biography

Madlene is a Senior Associate in the Encino office. Madlene is a member of the Human Capital team, providing support in human capital operations.  

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Madlene was the HR Manager at Fishman, Block & Diamond. She coached managers on effective staff management, including career development and disciplinary actions. She ensured compliance with evolving HR laws and led key functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and performance reviews. Madlene supported employees across all HR matters to foster a positive and productive workplace.

  • B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California
  • M.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California
