Mario Valverde is a Senior Principal in the Los Angeles office. He is responsible for developing new institutional client relationships.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mario held senior institutional sales positions at BlackRock, State Street Global Advisors, and Nuveen (a TIAA company), where he played a pivotal role in business development and client engagement across various institutional channels. He also has experience in institutional marketing at OppenheimerFunds (now Invesco). Previously, Mario served as a Product Strategist specializing in energy infrastructure investments, shaping strategic solutions for investors. He began his career in sell-side investment research, gaining deep insights into financial markets and securities analysis.
