Biography

Vadim Birman is a Principal in the Encino office and a member of the Tax and Accounting Advisory team. He has over 24 years of experience in public accounting, with deep experience in real estate, entertainment, manufacturing, partnership taxation, international taxation, corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individuals.

Vadim specializes in inbound and outbound international taxation, income taxation for all types of entities and high-net-worth individuals, tax planning, and client representation before various federal and state tax agencies. His strategic approach helps businesses and individuals navigate complex tax regulations while optimizing financial outcomes.

Vadim is actively involved in the local Jewish community and has contributed to Jewish education and community development. He spent over three years in Mexico, assisting a Jewish community with various organizational and volunteer initiatives. Vadim is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian and speaks conversational Spanish.
