Biography

Blas Lee is a Principal in the Park Avenue office of Cerity Partners. He is a member of the Executive Financial Counseling team within the firm’s Growth / Workplace Solutions group, where he specializes in transforming complex equity compensation structures into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders and corporate executives. Blas also advises employees and executives of private companies on concentrated equity positions and pre-IPO liquidity solutions.

Prior to Cerity Partners, Blas held various positions at UBS Financial Services focusing on client coverage within the Corporate & Institutional Advisory Solutions and Private Wealth Management divisions. He started his career at Ninety One, a global asset manager based in Cape Town and London.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and Economics from Stony Brook University. He is also involved with the New York Conservatory of Music, supporting the school’s efforts in musical education for underprivileged students.
