Amy is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Cerity Partners Investment Committee that oversees the firm’s investment philosophy and process. Amy is a CFA and CFP professional.
Amy specializes in communicating complex economic and investment concepts to clients in clear, succinct language. Her goal is to help them understand how specific investment decisions impact their plans and goals. She enjoys working with clients on their personal and financial life goals and endeavors to begin every client relationship with a comprehensive financial plan. As a CFP® professional, she strives to help them reach their goals through prudent, customized investment management, estate and income tax planning, risk assessment and cash flow management. The bond she creates and the effort she exerts transform Amy’s clients into friends.
Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Amy served as the Director of Fixed Income, a Managing Director, and Principal at Covington Capital Management. She has more than 25 years of experience providing customized wealth management solutions to individuals, families, foundations and endowments. Previously, Amy served as a portfolio manager at U.S. Trust and a pension consultant at Bankers Trust. She began her career at The Boston Company in private asset management.
Amy is passionate about sports, travel, charitable work and spending time with her family.
