Carman Phillips

Carman is an Associate in the Louisville office where she is responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of strategy within the firm’s corporate relationships. She works alongside cross-functional teams to design strategic tactics that will drive growth.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Carman served as a Corporate Relations Strategist at ARGI Financial Group. Before joining ARGI, she worked at UPS for 3 years, with the last two being spent as a Brokerage Supervisor. In that role, Carman led a team that pre-cleared packages through U.S Customs for large companies. While at UPS, she was a part of the WLI (Women’s Leadership and Inclusive) group that met every month to plan events that would help empower anyone, not just women, to succeed and move forward within their careers.
