Garrett Collard, CRPS®

Garrett is a Senior Associate in the Louisville office, where he supports the Retirement Plan Consulting team in delivering comprehensive advisory services to plan sponsors and their participants. With more than a decade of experience in the retirement plan industry, Garrett brings deep experience gained from working with several major recordkeepers, including John Hancock and ADP, as well as serving within a leading advisory group at Ameriprise.

Throughout his career, Garrett has held a wide range of roles spanning Customer Service, Rollover Support, Business Development, Internal and External Sales, and Relationship Management. This diverse background enables him to understand the retirement plan experience from multiple perspectives and provide thoughtful, well-rounded guidance to clients. Garrett also holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation, underscoring his commitment to specialized retirement plan knowledge and service excellence.

Outside of work, Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He loves trips to the lake for water sports, bonfires, and off roading, and takes every opportunity to stay active and outdoors.
