Samuel Sandler, MBA

Sam Sandler is a Partner and Co-Practice Leader in the Rockville, MD Office. He is a member of the advisory team, serving as a trusted advisor to affluent individuals and families, drawing on his many years of experience managing complex succession and wealth transfer plans across multiple generations.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mr. Sandler was Co-Founder and President of SOL Capital Management. He served on SOL’s Board of Directors beginning in 1987 and as the firm’s President from 1999 onward, playing a central role in shaping the firm’s long-term strategy and client-focused culture. Born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, Sam brings a global perspective to his work. His principal focus has been building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients, as well as developing new client relationships in both the United States and internationally.

Sam is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on the National Board of Directors and National Campaign Committee of the American Friends of Hebrew University. He also participates in several family advisory boards. In his spare time, he enjoys learning and practicing anything related to wellness and fitness; playing the piano & guitar; traveling and spending time with his family, and grandchildren. Outside of work, Sam enjoys learning and practicing all aspects of wellness and fitness, playing the piano and guitar, traveling, and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
