Biography

Heather Miller is a Senior Associate in the Nashville office. She is a member of the wealth management team, managing insurance matters for fiscal clients. She partners with insurance agents to support clients in reviewing their policies, exploring new coverage opportunities, and managing changes like adding, securing, or canceling plans.  Heather also collaborates with the fiscal client controllers to keep policies up to date, helping to ensure premiums are paid, and guiding clients through the process of obtaining life and disability insurance.  

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Heather worked at Covenant Partners for over a year as an Insurance Coordinator. She has been a licensed insurance agent for over a decade, having worked in an independent agency and later owning her own agency.   

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her children – including soccer, hiking, riding four-wheelers and camping – and is passionate about volunteering.
