Biography

Mr. Henderson is a Principal in the Seattle office, where his primary responsibilities include development and implementation of operational process and procedures for the discretionary management functions, management, and administration of middle and back-office operations, including trading and trade systems with the discretionary platform and oversight of investment manager operational due diligence program.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mr. Henderson served as Director of Operations at Verus, a leading institutional investment advisory firm that merged with Cerity Partners in 2026. Previously, he held positions at Bank of America and Washington First International Bank (now East West Bank).
