Biography

Mr. Hermann is a Senior Principal in the Pittsburgh office. Within Cerity Partners’ institutional investment consulting practice, he is primarily responsible for the institutional business development efforts.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mr. Hermann served as Managing Director for Institutional Business Development at Verus, a leading institutional investment advisory firm that merged with Cerity Partners in 2026. Previously, Mr. Hermann held positions at Wilshire Associates, H.J. Heinz Company, and Kimberly-Clark.
