Biography

Mr. Russo is a Senior Associate in the Seattle office. As a member of Cerity Partners’ Institutional Investment Consulting Practice, he advises institutional clients, including endowments, foundation, and healthcare organizations among others, on portfolio strategy, asset allocation, governance, and investment implementation. He engages clients as both a strategic advisor and an OCIO.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mr. Russo served as a Consultant at Verus Investments, a leading institutional investment advisory firm that merged with Cerity Partners in 2026. Previously, he worked for Russell Investments as a portfolio reconciliation analyst focusing on derivatives.
