Biography

Mr. Shelby is a Senior Principal in the Pittsburgh office, where he provides investment advice to clients to help implement and maintain private markets portfolios.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Mr. Shelby served as Managing Director of Private Markets at Verus, a leading institutional investment advisory firm that merged with Cerity Partners in 2026. Previously, Mr. Shelby was a Senior Vice President at Wilshire Advisors.
