Biography

Jordan is a Principal in the Pennsylvania office and a member of the firm’s direct investment committee.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Jordan served as Vice President at Sextant Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in capital advisory services for private deals, private equity, and credit funds. In this role, he focused on investor coverage and relationship management while supporting the internal diligence team. Previously, he was the Director of Private Equity at Spouting Rock Financial Partners, where he was responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, and managing investor relationships within the family office and institutional ecosystems. Jordan also played Division I lacrosse at Duke University and had an eight-year professional career in Major League Lacrosse, The Premier Lacrosse League, and with the US National Team.

Education

  • MBA in Corporate Finance and Strategy from Duke University (Fuqua School of Business)
  • B.A in History and Minor in Markets and Management from Duke University
