Kim Wilkinson

Kim is a Partner in the Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Kim served as the Director of Trusts and Estates and a Managing Director, Principal, and Co-Founder at Covington Capital Management. She was also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. As the firm’s Director of Trusts and Estates, she used her 35 years of experience to help clients navigate sophisticated trust and estate planning issues. Kim provided insights and clarification on tax and estate laws relating to all aspects of gifting, retirement and inheritance.

Before she came to Covington, Kim served for nine years as Senior Vice President and Trust Officer in the Los Angeles office of U.S. Trust. Prior to that, she was vice president in the trust department of Security Pacific National Bank/Bank of America.

Kim and her husband live in the Los Angeles area and have two grown children. She is passionate about international travel, spending time with her family, reading, and volunteering in her community.
