Biography

Nicholas Wilcox is a Senior Associate in the Park Avenue office of Cerity Partners. He is a member of the Executive Financial Counseling team within the firm’s Workplace Solutions Group. Nick specializes in transforming complex equity compensation structures into clear, actionable strategies for business leaders and corporate executives. Nicholas also supports employees and executives of private companies on concentrated equity positions and pre-IPO liquidity solutions.

Prior to Cerity Partners, Nicholas built his foundation at Merrill Lynch as a Financial Solutions Advisor, predominantly working with HNW clients.

Nicholas holds the CRPC® and SE-AWMA® designations and is FINRA registered. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles where he also competed and served as an NCAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee representative for their Division 1 rowing team.
