Kim Rokicki, CPA, MST

Kim is a Principal and Senior Tax Manager in the Torrance office where she is a member of the Multifamily Practice team. She brings more than 25 years of tax and accounting experience and works closely with clients to provide tax compliance, planning, and advisory services tailored to their unique needs. Kim is committed to building strong client relationships and helping individuals and businesses navigate complex tax matters while supporting their long-term financial goals.

Prior to joining Cerity, Kim worked as a Senior Tax Manager at Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates CPAs where she led a broad range of tax compliance, client service, and advisory initiatives. In this role, she worked closely with clients and internal teams to review complex tax matters, oversee tax return preparation and planning strategies, and provide guidance designed to support clients’ long-term financial goals. She also partnered with leadership and team members to improve processes, mentor staff, and drive efficiencies that supported high-quality client service and successful engagement outcomes.

Prior to Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates CPAs, Kim worked as a Tax Manager at Windes, where she brought more than two decades of experience managing tax engagements and advising a diverse client base across multiple industries. She specialized in tax compliance and strategic planning for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, while also assisting clients with complex tax matters, audit support, and growth-focused consulting initiatives. In addition to serving clients, Kim provided leadership through staff mentoring, training initiatives, process improvement efforts, and internal committee involvement focused on efficiency and professional development.

Kim grew up in Long Beach and continues to reside there with her husband, son, two dogs, and cat. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, gardening, and camping. She especially enjoys relaxing beach days watching her husband and son out on the water surfing.
