Biography

Bryce Falcon is a Partner in the Torrance, California office. He is a member of the Multifamily Practice Office team, providing more than 15 years of tax expertise serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses. His practice is built on anticipating tax exposure before it arises, structuring entities, estates, and transactions in ways that protect wealth across generations.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Bryce was a Tax Partner at Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates, CPAs and Wealth Strategists, LLP, where he led tax, financial, and estate planning services for a diverse client base spanning entertainment, technology and startups, real estate, and financial services. Prior to Allmon, DiBernardo & Associates, Bryce served in senior tax leadership at Moss Adams LLP, advising private clients on sophisticated planning and compliance. Throughout his career, he has developed deep specialization in flow-through entity taxation, estate and trust planning, multi-generational wealth transfer strategies, and complex multi-entity structuring for closely held businesses and high-net-worth families.

Bryce is a member of the California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He holds a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California and dual degrees from Loyola Marymount University. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife, daughter, and their two cats, Marzipan and Bowie. Outside the office, Bryce is a classically trained pianist and guitarist, an avid foodie, and a dedicated film enthusiast.
