Crystal is a Senior Associate with more than 20 years of sales and coaching experience. She is a project/team manager, client liaison, and performance coach. Her background stems primarily from real estate and mortgage lending, while leading teams and individuals to achieve their highest potential.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Crystal specialized in the Jumbo Loan Market, working with complex and high-net-worth clientele. She also coached and trained leaders in sales, management, health, personal, and team motivation.
