Biography

Frances is a Partner in the New York office, where she focuses on financial, tax, and operational matters for Cerity Partners OCIO.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Frances was a Partner and CFO at Agility. Prior to that, she served as the COO of Perella Weinberg Partners’ asset management business. Frances has also held senior finance roles at various asset management firms, including ReachCapital, FrontPoint Partners LLC, and SAC Capital. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked with clients such as hedge funds, private equity firms, mutual funds, investment banks, and insurance companies.

Education

  • B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Fisher College at The Ohio State University
