Biography

Sonja Choate is an Associate at Cerity Partners and a member of the Cerity Partners Operational Due Diligence team.  In this capacity, she provides support for a number of the team’s processes relating to its work on Cerity Partners’ underlying investment managers.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Sonja was the Coordinator for Agility’s Operational Due Diligence team, similarly providing support for a number of the team’s processes. Prior to joining Agility, Sonja was the executive assistant to the Chief Financial Officers at PennWell Corporation and The William K Warren Foundation. Before that, she served as a paralegal at GableGotwals and Texaco Inc.

  • Bachelor of Arts and paralegal certificate from Tulane University
