Karen D. Ritchie

Karen is the Business Management Senior Manager in the Encino office. She is a member of the Business Management team, providing business management and tax services to high-net-worth individuals and real estate clients.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Karen worked as a Staff Accountant at Deblois, Mejia & Kaplan. With over 25 years in the business management industry, she’s worked with musicians, bands, actors & actresses along with other film, music and high-net-worth clients.

In her spare time, Karen is actively involved in the community, serving as Vice President of The Valor Foundation. Coincidingly, she serves as coordinator for the Gem County Festival of Trees – their largest annual fundraiser. She is a member of The Kiwanis Club of Emmett, Idaho along with volunteering for various other organizations. Outside of work, Karen can often be found at concerts, exploring the great outdoors, creatively writing, and is the chosen human of her maine coon, Leo.
