Brittney Strader

Brittney is an Associate in the West Des Moines, Iowa office. She supports the client experience with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Brittney served as a Relationship Manager at Gilbert & Cook, working closely with advisors to prepare client meeting materials, assisting with administrative coordination, and helping ensure every interaction is seamless and well-organized.

Brittney is passionate about learning and delivering a high level of service. She takes pride in supporting both clients and her team, contributing to a client experience that is responsive, reliable, and aligned with the firm’s commitment to care.

Prior to joining Gilbert & Cook, Brittney gained valuable experience as a personal banker, further strengthening her ability to support clients with professionalism and attention to detail.

Originally from Allerton, Iowa, Brittney stays closely connected to her roots and enjoys visiting family whenever she can. Now living in West Des Moines, she enjoys spending time outdoors on local trails with her dog, Penny.

In her free time, Brittney enjoys trying new experiences such as solo international travel, baking treats, making pottery, and sharing her creativity with friends and family.
