Tristen Lyddon

Tristen is an Associate in the West Des Moines, Iowa office. She plays a key role in creating the thoughtful, high-touch experience clients expect.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Tristen served as a Client Service Associate at Gilbert & Cook, where she was often one of the first points of connection — welcoming clients and guests with warmth, and helping ensure each interaction reflected the firm’s commitment to care and hospitality.

In addition to her front-facing role, Tristen was an important part of the Client Experience Team, helping plan events that elevated the client experience. From curated gatherings to the small details that made a lasting impression, she contributed to creating a white-glove experience that felt both intentional and personal.

Tristen brings a strong background in customer service and event coordination to her role. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Enterprise Leadership and a certificate in Event Management, she began her career in recruitment before returning to the Des Moines area. Her ability to connect with others, paired with her attention to detail, allows her to create an environment where clients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.

She approaches her work with positive energy and enthusiasm, believing that even the smallest interactions can make a meaningful difference.

A Des Moines native, Tristen enjoys spending time with friends and staying engaged in the local community. In her free time, she loves baking a variety of sweet treats and testing her knowledge at trivia nights around town.
