Tara Dadd

Tara is a Principal in the Palo Alto, CA office, and the manager of Operations for the practice. With more than 20 years of Operations experience, Tara uses her analytical and organizational skills to keep office processes running smoothly and to help ensure the integrity and accessibility of account information. She relies on her strengths in written and verbal communication to maintain and improve client relationships.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners Tara was the Head of Operations and a Portfolio Administrator at Cornerstone Capital. She started with the firm on a part-time basis and quickly scaled up to a full-time role, expanding her responsibilities to include high level client service and support as well as integral operational activities for the business.

Earlier in her career Tara was the Operations Manager at Aviva International, an entertainment content distribution company.

Away from the office, Tara prioritizes activities enjoyed with family and friends – live music, travel, photography, cooking, theater, hiking, yoga, and anything near a beach.
