Daniel J. Levine, Esq.

Daniel J. Levine, Esq., is a Principal in Cerity Partners’ Risk Management practice, based in the firm’s Boca Raton office. A former estate planning attorney with extensive experience in the insurance industry, Dan works with high-net-worth families and business owners to design and implement insurance, wealth transfer, and business succession strategies that protect what they’ve built.

Dan attended the University of Miami where he earned both a Bachelor of Science Degree through the Honor’s Program and a Master’s of Science Degree. While at the University, he was a member of the 1991 National Championship Miami Hurricanes Football Team. He then went on and received his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Rutgers Law School in 1997.

Mr. Levine serves on, and was the past Chair of Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. He served as Federations’ Men’s Chair at Broken Sound Country Club, and was a Board Member of the Federation’s Metro Division, as well as a member of the UJC Young Leadership Cabinet. Mr. Levine was past chair of the University of Miami’s Citizen Board and is a founding member of the University’s Professional Advisory Committee for the Estate and Planned Giving department. Previously Mr. Levine served in a leadership role for the University’s “Hurricane Club.” He also serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Boca Raton Regional hospital and Anti-Defamation League. He is a member of MENSA, and was a graduation speaker with the D.A.R.E programs, mentored young athletes and assisted in numerous civic and philanthropic endeavors. Dan formerly practiced law as an estate attorney, and is currently a member of the New York, New Jersey and Florida Bars.

Mr. Levine resides in Boca Raton with his two daughters.
