Sam Bebout, CPA

Sam is a Senior Associate in the New York office. He is responsible for assisting with day-to-day client needs as well as providing financial planning and investment management analysis and support to a team of financial advisors.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Sam worked as the Accounting Integration Lead at Cobalt Service Partners, an Alpine Investors portfolio company, where he was responsible for helping onboard new operating entities into Cobalt’s accounting methodology. Before that, Sam worked on Alvarez & Marsal’s accounting and financial reporting solutions and capital markets and accounting advisory teams, advising middle-market private equity clients on various accounting matters. Sam started his career in EY’s assurance practice and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing golf, spending time with family and friends, and in the fall especially, watching Notre Dame football.
