Eric Holt, CFA

Eric is a Partner in the Scottsdale office and a member of the Wealth Management team.

Eric built his wealth management career at firms including Frost Bank, Bernstein Global Wealth Management, and Bessemer Trust, where he opened the firm’s Denver office in 2009 and grew it to more than 40 families entrusting Bessemer with over $1.7 billion. He later founded 7258 Wealth Management before joining what is now BOK Financial Private Wealth (then known as The Milestone Group) in 2018. As President, Eric led the investment advisory firm from Scottsdale, Arizona, overseeing client retention, revenue growth, and the overall client experience, while personally managing a book of more than $1 billion in client relationships.

Eric earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from the United States Air Force Academy, then returned to the Academy years later as an Assistant Professor, where he received the Dr. Quay C. Snyder Memorial and Theodore Helmer Outstanding Teaching Awards. He went on to earn his MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.

Outside the office, Eric serves as Investment Committee Chair and Governing Trustee of the United States Air Force Academy Falcon Foundation and as an Investment Committee Member for Make-A-Wish® Arizona. For more than a decade, he also served as President of the Mile High Five Foundation in Denver, whose signature event, Mile High MMAyhem, raises money each year for local nonprofits.
