Shayn Foley

Shayn is a Principal based in the Saratoga Springs, New York office office. He is a member of the Executive Financial Counseling team within the firm’s Growth Office, where he engages closely with corporate executives, business leaders, and individuals to articulate the value of holistic financial counseling—positioning Cerity Partners as a single point of accountability across the full range of their financial planning needs, including investment planning, tax planning, estate planning, cash flow planning, and risk mitigation.

Shayn specializes in transforming complex equity compensation structures into clear, actionable strategies that are both tax-efficient and strategically aligned with each individual’s broader financial goals.

Before joining Cerity Partners, Shayn spent six years at Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Vice President on their multi-family office management team where he led business development efforts across the country. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he served as a Senior Account Executive at a boutique rare disease pharmaceutical advertising firm.
