Biography

Olivia is a Senior Associate based in the Philadelphia office. She is a member of the Human Capital Team.

Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Olivia led talent acquisition at Touchdown Ventures, a pioneer of the “venture capital as a service” model that merged with Cerity Partners in 2024. Previously, Olivia worked in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology Practice with a focus on marketing and marketing technology executive search. She spent her early career at The BeckWay Group, a boutique operating platform for private equity firms.  At BeckWay, she executed C-Suite, Board and management-level searches for portfolio companies across multiple industries.

Olivia lives in the Philadelphia suburbs with her husband. She is an avid writer, reader and loyal Phillies fan.
